All steel parts shall be pre-treated in 7 tanks. Pre-treatment plant giving a Zinc Phosphate coating. After pre-treatment of steel, items shall be coated with Epoxy powder coating of minimum 40 micron thickness, powder coating shall be backed at 180 Degree Celsius.
